Unified Cloud Services provides IT-related services which may include (but are not limited to)
consulting, software/web development, cloud services, maintenance, and support. The exact scope,
timelines, and deliverables will be defined in proposals, statements of work, quotations, emails,
or service agreements (“Service Documents”).
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting inquiries or placing orders.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiah5ty of any account credentials provided to you.
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or to violate apph5cable laws in India.
4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
Pricing and payment terms are as mentioned in the Service Documents. Payments may be made through
Indian payment methods (UPI, Net Banking, Cards) via authorized payment gateways. Apph5cable taxes
(including GST, if apph5cable) may be charged as per Indian law and will be reflected in invoices.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, all website content (text, design, graphics, logos,
and code) is the property of Unified Cloud Services or its licensors and is protected by intellectual
property laws. Client deliverables and ownership/usage rights will be governed by the Service Documents.
6. Confidentiality
Any non-public business, technical, or financial information shared during a project will be treated as
confidential and used only for providing services, unless disclosure is required by law or authorized by
the disclosing party.
7. Third-Party Links & Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as hosting,
analytics, payment gateways). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent
permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness

not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim (if any), unless
otherwise required by law.

these Terms, applicable law, or any Service Documents. Project termination terms (including any fees)
will be governed by the Service Documents.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction (India)
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of
competent courts in India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
